If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us within 24 hrs.

All gift certificates will be forfeited if not canceled within 24 hrs of appointment.  All other scheduled appointments have a 100% cancellation fee if not notified in advance.

Payments made by check to Tina Risley that are not honored by the bank will be receive a $30 returned check fee.

Due to overwhelming cancellations in the past we have had to put this policy in to effect.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
